Main Responsibilities

We're looking for an Associate Director, Heplisav B to own the marketing engine powering the brand. Working closely with franchise leadership, this person will translate strategic direction into a sharp marketing strategy — identifying the customer segments and stakeholders that matter most, building insights from those audiences, and shaping the messaging, creative, and tactical execution plans that bring the brand to life across HCP, consumer, health systems, retail, channel, and more.

This is a true partnership role: you'll bring independent thinking and marketing expertise to the table, while also owning the agency relationship and promotional budget that make great execution possible.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and evolve brand messaging, positioning, and creative platforms for HEPLISAV-B across HCP, consumer, IDN, and pharmacist audiences

Build and present marketing strategy and tactical execution plans, translating strategic direction into concrete creative and channel plans

Monitor performance and recommend changes to creative, execution, or channel strategy based on key data and qualitative insights

Tactical Execution & Asset Development

Lead development of tactical marketing assets — including sales aids, digital content, HCP.com, banner/display advertising, email, and congress/convention materials

Lead and optimize end-to-end execution across personal and non-personal promotion for all stakeholders

Own the non-personal promotion channel mix (digital, programmatic, email, website) and optimize spend allocation based on performance

Agency & Budget Management

Manage agency partner(s) day-to-day, including briefing, creative development, timeline management, and quality control, to deliver best-in-class marketing execution

Own and manage the agency/promotional budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across creative and media investments

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Enablement

Act as field integration lead, ensuring sales teams are confident and equipped in selling HEPLISAV-B; propose execution strategies needed for success

Collaborate with segment leads and market access to optimize HEPLISAV-B uptake in the market

Partner with cross-functional colleagues (market access, sales, finance, portfolio marketing, franchise marketing, and health systems marketing) to identify growth opportunities and ensure end-to-end execution

Compliance & Governance

Oversee and be accountable for the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review process for promotional materials

Support governance meetings, including summits, forecast reviews, and franchise team meetings, with marketing input and materials
