Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help users with day-to-day system queries, support troubleshooting, update documentation, assist with user access and contribute to improvements across the team.

You are not expected to know everything from day one. We will provide training, guidance and support throughout your internship, giving you the opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop new skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment. You will report to the Integrated Manufacturing Systems Manager on site.

Ready to grow your skills while helping shape the future of healthcare? At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life – all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.

Main responsibilities:

Support colleagues with day-to-day system queries and help troubleshoot technical issues

Assist with maintaining and supporting systems used across the Waterford site

Help manage user access requests and other system administration activities

Update and maintain system, process and project documentation

Work with Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Digital, Automation and IT colleagues on hardware and software support activities

Help with the introduction and adoption of new digital and automation solutions

About you

To excel in this role you will need to have:

Be a current university student who will return to university after completing the internship

Have an interest in technology, systems and problem-solving

Have some basic technical knowledge or experience and, most importantly, be willing to learn

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Enjoy working with others and contributing as part of a team

Bring a positive, approachable and curious attitude

Be comfortable asking questions and learning from others

Have good organisational and time management skills

A background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or another technical area would be beneficial, but it is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with an interest in technology, a willingness to learn and a positive approach to working with others.
