In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

What You’ll Do

You will report to the Associate Director, Insights & Forecasting, International and work closely with Commercial Leads, affiliates, and cross-functional colleagues to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio's mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. Your primary purpose will be to lead insights generation, forecasting, and competitive intelligence across a portfolio of assigned brands, with a focus on asset launch readiness and international brand planning. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence with strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of insights-generation and business-analysis plans across assigned brands, serving as a trusted, challenging sparring partner to Commercial Leads on markets, competitors, customers, and patients

Lead strategic projects with significant business-analysis components, such as launch sequencing and lifecycle management opportunity assessments, driving innovative solutions to complex, unstructured problems

Develop forecasting models and lead assessments of business opportunities, including geographic expansion, with particular emphasis on supporting asset launch readiness

Support the brand planning process by leading situational analysis to connect insights, reveal drivers and barriers of performance, and identify growth opportunities; define and track relevant KPIs

Establish the international competitive intelligence operating model and lead CI monitoring across assigned brands

Manage market research and business-analysis processes and budget, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards

Act as HQ liaison to affiliates, fostering best-practice sharing and collaboration across forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research

Where You’ll Work

This is an office-based role and requires in-office collaboration 2-3x per week in our Zug Office

Who You Are

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Statistics, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or in strategic insights, analytics, or planning roles within the Pharma/Biopharma industry

Proven expertise building forecast models and business cases, with rigorous research skills including primary market research methods (quantitative and qualitative), questionnaire design, data analysis, and statistics

Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentations to senior stakeholders

Confident and credible in a sparring-partner role — comfortable challenging senior Commercial Leads with data-driven perspectives while maintaining strong working relationships

Strong analytical and quantitative skills paired with rigorous research, synthesis, and sense-making capabilities; a systems thinker who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and identifies cause-and-effect relationships

Adaptable and agile mindset, proactive in negotiating, influencing, coaching, and advising teams and leaders toward impactful solutions, particularly in launch contexts

Experience supporting international pharmaceutical product launches (ideally through Market Insights or Business Planning), a background in rare diseases, and prior international/cross-market experience are all preferred
